Pure Peninsula Honey’s candle making workshops

Pure Peninsula Honey’s candle making workshops

There is so much to do when you come to visit us! We have a glass beehive where you can see our bees collecting pollen, building honeycomb and working in their hive. While walking around our Farm Shop, you will find interesting information and fun bee facts posted around.

Our Honey is cold extracted to retain all of the natural goodness, and with over 20 different varieties of honey and a large medicinal range; you’re sure to find something new and exciting. The best part, you can taste them all!

Honey is not just good to eat, it also has many medicinal and health benefits. Which is why we stock a range of propolis, pollen and royal jelly products.

Pure Peninsula Honey’s apiarist John has spent the best part of 25 years producing delicious honey and bee related products. John and his wife Felicity have turned his hobby into a fulltime business after discovering two feral beehives at their home on the Mornington Peninsula.

The company, based in Moorooduc, produce and bottle all of their own honey on site, including locally produced Manuka, Banksia, Yellow Box and Stringy Bark.

Why not sample the range of natural cosmetic and beauty products, honey ice creams and honey ciders when you visit the Farm Shop.

The Farm Shop currently have candle making workshops, using 100% beeswax. Book online at www.purepeninsulahoney.com.au. You can also purchase candle or lip gloss making kits to take home.

During school holidays we also run farm talks. Phone us to book.

We hope to see you soon!
